Terms governing access to CornerPilot, including subscriptions, connected services, your responsibilities, and service limits.
Service Description
CornerPilot is a software platform for retail and store operations that may include dashboards, reporting, exports, alerts, team features, billing controls, connected integrations such as Clover, and other features we may add, change, or retire over time.
Access and Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, managing team access appropriately, and ensuring that each user is authorized to access your store workspace. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or workspace, including actions taken by invited team members.
Plans and Billing
Paid plans, trials, discounts, feature access, and billing timing are governed by the pricing and billing rules shown in the product at the time of purchase. Payment confirmation may be required before paid features, subscription periods, or trial periods become active. Taxes, failed payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments are handled according to the applicable plan and payment state.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
CornerPilot relies on third-party services for infrastructure and product functionality, including authentication, analytics, email delivery, billing, and connected commerce providers such as Clover. Your use of connected services may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, data accuracy, or independent actions of third-party services.
Customer Data and Operational Responsibility
You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, and business use of the data you connect or upload, including store information, staff access, catalog data, orders, and exported reports. You must have the rights needed to connect external systems and to authorize CornerPilot to process the data required to provide the service.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with the platform, bypass security, collect data outside authorized use, resell access without permission, introduce harmful code, impersonate others, or use CornerPilot for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the service or other users.
Availability, Features, and Support
We work to keep CornerPilot available and reliable, but the service may experience downtime, degraded performance, delayed syncs, third-party outages, feature changes, or maintenance windows. We may update interfaces, access rules, integrations, and product behavior when needed to operate or improve the platform.
Limitation of Liability
CornerPilot provides operational software, analytics, alerts, and recommendations for informational and operational support purposes only. You remain responsible for business decisions, accounting, compliance, staffing, customer communications, and store operations. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or specific financial outcomes.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if required for security, fraud prevention, unpaid balances, contractual breaches, legal compliance, abuse, or protection of the platform. Some records may be retained after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms, pricing, plan structure, product behavior, supported integrations, or policies from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the platform, by email, or by publishing updated legal pages. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
