Information We Collect
CornerPilot collects information you provide directly, including account details, business information, contact details, settings, support messages, and feedback submissions. We also store data needed to operate the service, such as account access records, alerts, certain activity logs, product preferences, and data imported from connected services.
Analytics, Cookies, and Usage Signals
When analytics is enabled, CornerPilot uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic, navigation flows, feature usage, and service performance. We also use essential cookies and session mechanisms to keep users signed in, protect accounts, remember certain preferences, and keep the application working properly.
Billing and Payment Data
Payments, subscriptions, and billing portal actions are processed through Stripe. CornerPilot does not store raw card numbers. We may store billing plan selections, subscription status, trial status, invoice references, payment outcomes, and the information needed to manage access, customer support, and billing records.
Connected Integrations and Imported Store Data
If you connect Clover or other integrated services, CornerPilot may import merchant profile data, locations, orders, payments, catalog data, inventory-related data, and sync status information. We use this information to provide dashboards, exports, alerts, recommendations, and connected product features. Integration credentials are treated as sensitive information.
Emails and Service Communications
CornerPilot may send transactional emails such as account verification, password reset, team invitations, billing notices, subscription updates, sync alerts, weekly summaries, and support-related follow-ups. Delivery may rely on configured email providers. Security or essential service messages may still be sent even when optional preferences are disabled.
How We Use Your Data
We use data to operate and improve the platform, manage access, activate plans, power dashboards and reports, generate alerts, support exports, process payments, troubleshoot incidents, prevent abuse, and respond to customer requests. We do not sell personal information or customer store data.
Sharing and Service Providers
We share data only with service providers and subprocessors needed to run CornerPilot, such as providers for infrastructure, authentication, analytics, billing, email delivery, data hosting, and connected integrations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect CornerPilot, our users, or the public.
Protection and Security
CornerPilot uses reasonable security measures to protect customer data and account access. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, administrator access, and login credentials.
Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, investigate misuse, and enforce agreements. Retention may continue for backups, technical logs, and billing records for a limited period after account closure.
Your Choices and Requests
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal, contractual, security, and operational constraints.
